A design for a 'Sporting' machine and more about style than outright performance. Satin polished alloy detailing help break up the segmented bodywork.
Also boldly featured is a representation of the famous ‘Manettino’ (The Formula 1 steering wheel switch found in all of their road cars) on the side of the fairing, on both the sides of the bike. Left side switch is for traction control on/off, right side, for switching between suspension settings.
The current 'Aero' ideas in MotoGP helped furnish the quad fins projecting from the front of the bike. From the front. The fairing cluster underlines the head down purposeful stance. The finned feature underneath the seat houses a large oil cooler.
